Reverse Osmosis (RO)

Demineralization (DM)

Two-bed or mixed-bed ion exchange systems producing ultra-pure deionized water with conductivity below 1 µS/cm. Essential for high-pressure boilers, injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing, and precision electronics — where even trace dissolved ions cause failure.

Water SofteningIon Exchange

Best for: Boilers · Cooling towers · Laundries · Hotels

Cation exchange resin systems converting calcium and magnesium ions to sodium — eliminating scale formation in heating and cooling systems. A 1mm scale deposit on a boiler heating surface increases fuel consumption by up to 7% — softening pays for itself rapidly.

UltrafiltrationUF

Best for: Community drinking water · RO pre-treatment

Hollow-fibre membrane filtration removing bacteria, viruses, and colloids at 0.01–0.1 micron pore size — without chemicals. Produces consistently safe drinking water even with variable source quality, making it ideal for Kerala's monsoon-affected surface water sources.

Seawater / Brackish Water ROSWRO / BWRO
